Service area is 20km from Business location. Outside of this fees may be charged. Current fee as of 4/2022 $20 for any booking under $200

Wash & vac maximum time frame 2hours however more regular bookings only take 1.5hours

Wash & vac only includes stated services & no more

Shampoo / stain removal does not guarantee 100% removal however we endeavor to give the best possible result & if we are not happy with the result we will let you know before payment is made and may offer a discount on the service up to 100% of the cost

All payments must be made at or before the time of service.

At the completion of the service we provide a chance for the customer to look over the vehicle by doing this you automatically agree that the service was satisfactory & complete.

All bookings require a none refundable booking deposit, exceptions to this are Weather & Covid where we will work with you to reschedule the booking.

Weekends & Public holidays will incur a 10% surcharge.

We reserve the right to charge up to 2.2% transaction fee passed on from the merchant, if this has been charged we will show this on your invoice.

All photos taken are the property of Lyon's Pride, any number plates will be edited out of any publicly visible media. We will take photos for quality and assurance purposes.

All media is held on premises on a secure server.
